Productive practice on reducing converter consumption of hot metal and scrap

摘要 阐述武钢炼钢总厂二分厂通过保持合理炉容比,合理配加废钢,优化转炉造渣工艺,控制转炉喷溅,加强转炉维护,应用转炉投弹式检测技术和自动炼钢技术,开发大流量底吹工艺等措施,降低转炉钢铁料消耗,已取得较好的经济效益。 The converter consumption of hot metal and scrap in No.2 Branch of General Steelmaking Plant of WISCO is reduced by means of keeping a proper volume-capacity ratio,selecting a proper scrap mode,optimizing process of converter slag forming,controlling converter splash,strengthening the maintenance of converter,applying bombing detection technology in converter steelmaking and automatic controlling system of steelmaking in converter and applying mass flow bottom blowing process and etc.and good economic efficiency is achieved as well.
