摘要
通过对武钢炼钢总厂二分厂的低碳低合金钢铸坯尺寸控制过程进行描述,分析铸坯尺寸波动和偏离标准范围的主要影响因素,提出一套将铸坯尺寸稳定控制在标准范围内的方法,并已取得较明显的效果。
By description of dimension control process of the low carbon alloy steel slab produced in the No.2 Branch of the General Steel making Plant of WISCO the main factors causing the fluctuation and deviation of the standard limit of the slab dimension are analyzed and a set of methods for consistently controlling the slab dimension within the standard limit put forward and prominent results achieved as well.
