摘要
讨论铁路用钢轨轨端帽形淬火的重要性,对钢轨淬火工艺参数的制定进行理论分析。在理论的指导下经过现场实践,成功生产出符合铁标TB/T 2344-2003要求的50 kg/m端部淬火钢轨。同时对淬火中频电源的中频频率选择和在加热时重轨与感应加热器之间的间隙选择进行简要分析。
The present paper discussed the importance of cap-shape quenching of the heavy rail end and theoretically analysed the processing parameters of the quenching.Under the guidance of the theory the 50 kg/m quenching rail in conformity with iron standard TB/T 2344-2003 has been successfully produced.In the meanwhile selection of mid-frequency of the mid frequency power supply for quenching purpose and the gap between rail and induced heater in heating have been analyzed briefly.
