摘要
中药血清药理学是指将中药、中药复方以及不明成分的药物给动物灌服一定时间后,采集动物血清,用此含药成分的血清进行体外实验的一种实验方法学。本文就该方法学在动物选择、给药方案、含药血清的处理等方面的研究进展进行综述,阐明了血清药理学在中药药效研究的重要性。
The serum pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine is using serum taken from animals were given Chinese herbs or Chinese herbal compound in vitro experiment.The progress on selection of animals,dosage regimen,and treatment of serum were summarized and the development prospects were forecasted in this paper.
