奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Omeprazole and Mosapride Curing Reflux Esophagitis

目的观察奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法选取我院自2009年1月至2010年8月收治的78例反流性食管炎患者作为研究对象,均给予奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗,治疗周期为8周,观察治疗效果。结果本组78例患者经过8周治疗后显效47例,有效27例,无效4例,总有效率为94.9%,治疗效果理想。本组治疗过程中出现腹泻2例,未影响治疗。结论奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎效果理想,且安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of omeprazole and mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis（RE）.Methods In our hospital from January 2009 ~ August 2010 78 patients with reflux esophagitis as research subjects were given omeprazole and mosapride treatment,the treatment period of 8 weeks treatment Effect.Results 78 patients after 8 weeks treatment in 47 cases markedly effective in 27 cases,4 cases,total effective rate was 94.9%,the treatment results are satisfactory.The course of treatment in this group 2 cases of diarrhea,did not affect the treatment.Conclusion Omeprazole mosapride treatment of reflux esophagitis results are satisfactory,and the high security,is worthy of clinical use.
