摘要
采用羟自由基(.OH)体系研究了六种穆塞莱斯酒的抗氧化活性,并与Vc(0.1mg.mL-1)进行了比较。结果表明,六种穆塞莱斯酒在两种体系中均有一定的抗氧化活性。Mn2+-H2O2-PAR分光光度法中,六种穆塞莱斯酒对.OH清除率大小依次为D、B、A1、A2、C1、C2、Vc。
Adopted（OH） system,study the anti-oxidant activity of six kinds of wine Musallas and make comparison with Vc（0.1mg.m/L）.Results indicate all the six kinds of Musallas wine have certain anti-oxidant activity in the two types of systems.In the Mn-HO-PAR spectrophoto method,six kinds of Musallas wine clearance size towards.OH are in the order of D,B,A1,C1,C2,Vc.
