摘要
风机水泵是国民经济中应用面广、数量大、耗电多的设备。本文在简要概述传统风机水泵在运行中存在的问题的基础上,根据风机、水泵的调速特性,提出异步电动机转子斩波调速方案,并通过一个算例,说明该调速系统的节能效果。并就该调速方案和次同步串级调速以及变频调速方案作了比较。分析和计算结果表明:在绕线式异步电动机拖动的风机水泵系统中,采用转子斩波调速方案不失为一种节能的有效方案,值得在中小功率的风机水泵系统中推广。
Blower and water-pump applying to many national economy's departments are equipments which are large in number and widely distributed and are power consumptive.According to speed governing characteristics of blower and water-pump,a rotor chopping speed regulation scheme of asynchronous motor is put forward basing on brief description about traditional blower and water-pump's problems on the fly.Its energy-saving effect is illustrated by an account case and the scheme is compared with undersynchronous cascade and frequency control.Analysis and calculation results have proved that using the scheme indeed is a effective energy-saving proposal which is worth to be popularized and applied in medium and small power's system of blower and water-pump.
