摘要
研究了吗啉荒酸吗啉与Ｍｎ（ Ⅱ） 显色反应的条件，确定在ｐＨ＝ ８ ．０ ～８ ．９ 形成棕红色配合物，最大吸收波长λｍａｘ ＝ ４９６ｎｍ ，摩尔吸光系数ε＝ ４ ．０ ×１０３ Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ － １ ，应用拟定方法测定合成水样中Ｍｎ（ Ⅱ） 含量，结果满意．
Morpholine dithiocarbamate morpholine chloride(MDMC) is a new colour reagent for the determination of Mn(Ⅱ) in NH 3- NH 4Cl buffer solution at pH=8.0～8.9.The molar absorptivity is 4.0×10 3L.mol -1 ·cm -1 for Mn(Ⅱ)-complex at 496nm.This method has been applied to the determination of Mn(Ⅱ) in synthetical water sample with satisfactory results.
