摘要
近年来随着我国城乡差距日益增大其主要原因是长期存在的二元结构体制。如何实现与实践城乡一体化是时代面临的统筹城乡发展难题。本文主要以成都市城乡一体化实践中在户籍制度、土地制度、社会保障制度方面的创新实践进行分析,并试图提出从中提取可推广的普遍性启示。
The increasing gap between urban and rural areas is mainly due to the dual structure system with a long time.How to achieve urban-rural integration is the problem in co-ordination development of urban and rural areas faced by the era.This paper introduced the innovative practice of the household registration system,land system and social security system in the practice of urban-rural integration in Chengdu,and tried to extract general inspiration that can be promoted.
