摘要
通过江苏某职业技术学院退回图书问题,探讨了我国图书业逆向物流现象,分析了图书逆向物流产生的原因主要有管理和运行机制、市场调研和营销策略、专业化程度、"牛鞭效应"和图书定价等几个方面的因素,并从传统制度改革、创新图书逆向物流模式、供应链管理等几个方面来全面改善我国图书业逆向物流的现状进行了详细说明与论证。
By discussing the book-return issue of a certain vocational and technical college in Jiangsu province,this paper explores the phenomenon of reverse logistics in China＇s book industry,analyzes the causes of book reverse logistics,mainly from the factors of management and operation mechanism,market research and marketing strategy,the degree of specialization,＂bullwhip effect＂ and books pricing,and illustrates and argues in detail how to totally improve the current situation of reverse logistics in China＇s book industry from the aspects of traditional system innovation,reverse logistics model of innovative book,management of supply chain and after-sales service.
