摘要
在目前我国的建筑行业劳务市场中,劳务分包企业和劳务分包的合同管理还不成熟,施工企业不重视合同管理,对劳务合同的法律意识不强。本文针对目前在劳务分包中出现较多的问题进行了分析,并提出了一些相应的管理办法,以减少建筑劳务市场中的纠纷。
In the labor market of construction industry in China,the subcontractor enterprise and the subcontractor＇s contract management are not mature.The construction enterprises pay no attention to the contract management,and the law awareness of labor contract is not strong.This paper analyzes many problems in the subcontractor and puts forward some corresponding measures for the administration of construction,in order to reduce the disputes in the labor market.
