The Whole Process Cost Control and Management in the Power Grid Construction Project

随着电力建设的迅速发展,使我国电力工程的造价也随之上涨,如何才能有效的做好电力工程建设全过程造价控制管理水平,是电力造价工作者探讨的课题。为此,本文作者针对电网建设工程中全过程不同阶段的特点,提出了工程造价控制和管理的手段,同时就电力工程造价各个阶段影响的因素及控制和管理重点进行了研究。

With the rapid development of electric power construction,the cost of power engineering is also rising.How can we effectively improve the whole process cost control management of power engineering construction is the topic for the work for electricity cost.For this,the paper,based on the characteristic of grid construction in different stages,proposed the methods of project cost control and management,and studied the factors that influence all phases of electrical engineering cost and the management focus.
