Web design is a completely new interdisciplinary of art design and web applications.The Technology-Art web design is based on ways and means of Web standards,integrated web design and art design,and the feature of the Technology-Art web design lies in persuit of the combination of overall innovative,reasonable structure,artistic color and availability content.Therefore,the key to the Technology-Art web design is the web designers with high literate quality and artistic talent.
