高校教学精细化管理是指坚持以人为本的管理理念,以精益求精的管理态度认真落实教学细节管理。精细化管理是提高教育教学质量的关键环节。本文简单阐述了自己对高等数学课堂教学精细化管理的一些看法。
Delicacy management of college teaching insists on people-oriented management ideas,and seriously implements delicacy management of teaching in a better management attitude.Delicacy management is the key link of improving the quality of education and teaching.This article briefly discusses the author＇s views about delicacy management of classroom teaching of Advanced Mathematics.
