College students＇ volunteering services activities are a form which universities serve society,it can also promote the students＇ individual development.Establishing the long-term mechanism of college students＇ volunteering services activities is a need to explore the process of theory and practice.For the current problems of college students volunteering,the long-term mechanism can be created from the following aspects：policy advocacy,organization and implementation,supervision and encouragement,valuation adjustment,social effects.
