摘要
经济法是一门学起来比较枯燥但实用性很强的法律课程,如何调动学生的学习积极性,更好地学习和掌握这门课程的相关知识,进而提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力是教学中的首要问题。案例教学可以通过大量的实际案例将抽象的法律知识具体化甚至生活化,引发学生的学习兴趣,使学生能够感受到法律原理在实际生活和工作中的应用。
Economic law is a boring but practical course.Therefore,how to arouse student＇s study enthusiasm and better study and master the related knowledge of the course and then improve students＇ ability of analyzing and resolving problems has become a highly concerned subject.Students may be attracted by massive actual cases related with legal knowledge.In this case,case teaching enables the student to understand the foundation of law in realistic living and work in an easier way.
