在新形势下,高职院校思想政治理论课教学应以"就业导向、工学结合"为指导,要加强和改进高职院校思想政治理论课教学,应在规范课程设置,提高思政课教学的针对性;加强教学研究,改革教学方法手段,提高思政课教学的实效性;强化实践教学,培养职业能力,提高思政课教学的实践性;加强师资队伍建设,重视师资培训,提高思政课教学的可持续发展能力。通过对不断增强思想政治理论课教学的吸引力、感染力,切实提高思想政治理论课的教学效果。

In the new situation,the teaching of ideological and political theory in higher vocational institutes should be under employment guidance and work-study combination,and strengthen and improve the teaching of ideological and political theory.We should rationalize curriculum setting and improve teaching pertinence of ideological and political theory and strengthen teaching and research.We should reform teaching method and improve the actual effect of ideological and political theory,improve practical teaching and train professional capacity,and improve the sustainable development of ideological and political theory.Through constantly enhancing attraction and inferiority of ideological and political theory teaching,we drastically improve the teaching effects.
