文章运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑推理法等方法,从科学技术、科学教育、科学管理、保障条件、社会环境等影响因素对运动训练的科学化进行了探讨,为进一步认识运动训练科学化的内涵和外延,促进教练员和运动员对运动训练的科学化更深一步的理解,提高运动训练理念的科学化提供理论依据。

This article discussed scientific sports training from the influencing factors such as science and technology,scientific education,scientific management,supporting conditions,social environment etc.,using literature,investigation and logical reasoning etc.And it provided theoretical reference for improving scientific sports training,further understanding the connotation and extension and promoting understanding of coach and athletes to scientific sports training.
