摘要
旅游人力资源是旅游业快速发展的重要保障,我国旅游人力资源的素质和结构在很大程度上制约着我国旅游业快速发展。在从规模、质量和结构等方面分析我国旅游管理人力资源现状和存在问题的基础上,阐述了我国旅游管理人力资源发展的对策。
Tourism human resource is an important guarantee for the rapid development of tourism.The quality and structure of tourism human resource largely restricts the rapid development of Chinese tourism industry.The author analyzed the status and problems of tourism human resources from the aspect of its size,quality and structure.On the base of analysis,the author elaborated strategies of developing Chinese tourism human resource.
