新加六味地黄汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察新加六味地黄汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法采用新加六味地黄汤(熟地黄、山萸肉、淮山药、丹皮、茯苓、泽泻、生黄芪、枸杞子、当归、丹参、益母草、何首乌)治疗治疗组患者44例,对照组41例给予苯那普剂口服。比较2组疗效。。结果治疗后治疗组中医症状积分、空腹血糖、尿微量白蛋白排泄率、血尿素氮、血肌酐等指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论新加六味地黄汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病有较好的疗效。
