天津市灌溉水利用率测算方法与成果分析

Estimation for irrigation water efficiency in Tianjin

在对天津市灌溉水利用现状调研基础上,依据典型灌区选取原则,选取了大、中、小型灌区及井灌区的典型样点灌区。由点到面深入介绍了典型样点灌区灌溉水利用率、不同规模灌区灌溉水利用率以及全市灌溉水利用率的测算方法。最后介绍了天津市灌溉水利用率的具体测算过程及测算成果,分析了测算成果的合理性,并针对实际测算过程中存在的问题提出了几点建议。本次测算过程与分析为其它省市灌溉水利用率的测算提供了参考。

On the basis of investigation of the irrigation water using status in Tianjin,the typical sample irrigation districts for large irrigation districts,medium irrigation districts,small irrigation districts and well irrigation districts were suggested according to the selection rules.The estimating methods of irrigation water using efficiency for the typical sample irrigation districts and the average irrigation water using efficiency of irrigation districts at different scales,as well as all the irrigation districts,were described in detail.The practical estimating process for irrigation water using efficiency in Tianjin was described,and then the rationality of the results was analyzed.Some suggestion was given pointing to the problems exposed during estimating process.This paper offers reference to irrigation water using efficiency estimating in other areas.
