根据几十年来水文工作的经历以及相关资料,就历史阶段、建设阶段和发展阶段的中国水文发展历程进行概述。重点介绍了改革开发以来在水文站网建设、水文测报、水情报汛、水质监测、科技创新等方面取得的成就,回顾了在水文事业发展过程中的一些重大历史事件,并总结了历史的经验和教训。

An introduction was made to hydrology development history in China, especially the achievements in hydrological network construction, hydrological telemetry, hydrological information and forecasting, water quality monitoring, and science and teehnology innovation since the policy of reformation and opening. In addition, some important historical events were reviewed, and the historical experience and lessons were summarized.
