高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病46例疗效及预后分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效及预后,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法将92例HIE患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给常规治疗,治疗组加用高压氧治疗,观察比较两组治疗后主要临床症状的缓解时间、临床疗效及预后。结果与对照组比较,治疗组意识状态、原始反射、肌张力、前囱张力、呼吸、面色恢复正常需要的时间较少(P<0.01),临床疗效较好(P<0.05),后遗症发生率较低(P<0.01)。结论高压氧对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病有显著的临床治疗作用,并能减少后遗症的发生。 Objective To evaluate clinical curative effect and follow-up of neonatal HIE by hyperbaric oxygenation treatment.Methods Ninety-two patients were randomly divided into treat group and control group.Both groups were in routine treatments,and the infants in treat group underwent hyperbaric oxygenation treatment.The required recovery time of clinical symptoms,clinical curative effect and follow-up were compared between two groups.Results The required recovery time of clinical symptoms,such as conscious,primitive reflex,muscle tension,the anterior fontanelle tension,breathing and facial expression,in treat group,was significantly lower than those in control group(P0.01).The clinical curative effect in treat group was better than that in control group(P0.05).The incidence rate of sequelae in the follow-up in treat group was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.01).Conclusion It has good clinical curative effects on neonatal HIE with hyperbaric oxygenation treatment and can decrease the sequelae.
