MPT方案治疗初治老年多发性骨髓瘤疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的评价沙利度胺联合美法仑、泼尼松(MPT方案)治疗多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法初治老年MM患者39例,给予MPT方案治疗,分析有效率、治疗前后血红蛋白、尿M蛋白、骨髓浆细胞比例、β2-微球蛋白等改善情况及不良反应。结果完全缓解(CR)3例,非常好的部分缓解(VGPR)6例,部分缓解(PR)15例,微小缓解(MR)6例,无变化(NC)5例,进展(PD)4例,总有效率(CR+VGPR+PR)61.5%;中位起效时间为9周,临床状况及体力状态明显改善;不良反应轻微,患者均可耐受。结论 MPT治疗初治老年MM患者临床疗效显著,不良反应轻微,患者耐受性好。
