摘要
简要介绍了流体输送用焊接钢管母材超声波探伤方法所引用的检测标准,分析了在钢板的实际检测过程中可能存在的问题。探讨了使用横波对钢管母材进行超声波检测的可行性,定性分析和检测试验结果表明:采用横波对钢管母材进行的超声波检测可有效发现包括分层在内的各种母材缺陷,如结疤、折叠、表面压坑和夹杂物等。最后,提出了使用横波进行母材超声波检测的初步探伤方案。
This article briefly introduced inspection standard which was cited in ultrasonic test method to base metal of welded pipe used for fluidity transmission,it analyzed the problems maybe existed in actual inspection course for steel plate,discussed the feasibility of using transverse wave to carry out ultrasonic test for base metal.The qualitative analysis and inspection results indicated that using transverse wave inspection method can effectively find many defects in base metal,such as lamination,scar,fold,dent,inclusion and so on.Finally,the primary scheme of using transverse wave for base metal ultrasonic test was put forward.
