直缝埋弧焊管扩径预冲洗装置

针对直缝埋弧焊管生产线清渣设备对焊渣、焊剂等颗粒清除不彻底,对扩径头和扩径后的钢管内壁形成损伤,直接导致钢管降级或降废的问题,介绍了一种直缝埋弧焊管扩径前预冲洗装置的结构及其特点。该装置的钢管输入、输出采用横移车,整个装置由喷水装置、收水装置、过滤装置和沉渣池等部分组成。喷水时,钢管在旋转辊上旋转,以实现钢管全周径的清洗,保证后续扩径工艺对钢管内表面的要求,并在二级沉淀池和供水池之间设有U形管,使小颗粒的物质在二级沉淀池沉淀,保证供水池的冲洗水满足工艺要求。

The welding slag,welding flux and other grains are not be cleaned completely in SAWL pipeproduction line,this will cause damage to expanding head and steel pipe inside surface after expansion,and result in steel pipe degradation and abandonment.This article introduced the structure and characteristics of a kind of pre-flushing device before expanding for SAWL pipe,this device consists of waterworks,water collector,filter and the sediment pool,and it adopts transverse trolley to enter and draw pipes.When it sprays water,the pipe rotates on the rotating rolls to make the whole circumference cleaned,as it ensures the requirement for the inside surface of the pipe in the following pipe expansion.Meanwhile,U-tube is seated between the secondary sediment pool and the pool,which helps to make the small particles precipitate in the secondary sediment pool and to ensure that the cleaned water in the pool meets the requirement.
