摘要
分析了Q/SY GJX 101—2009《天然气输送管道用钢管通用技术条件》在生产应用中存在的问题,如金相检验频次、抗HIC试验、拉伸试验取样位置、夏比冲击试验冲击功数值的确定、管端公差规定冗余、化学分析、落锤撕裂试验的复验等,提出了解决问题的一些方法。指出在油气输送钢管的生产过程中,应根据每个工程项目的实际特点,提出具体的附加技术条件,以避免对资源配置造成的浪费。
This article analyzed the existent problems in production of Q/SY GJX 101—2009 Steel Pipe Technical Specification for Transmitting Natural Gas Pipeline,such as metallographic inspection frequency,resistance to HIC test,sampling position of tensile test,determination to the Charpy impact test value,the required much tolerance on pipe ends,chemical analysis and retest for drop weight tear test(DWTT),and put forward some methods for solving problems.It pointed out during the production of oil and gas steel pipe,the additional technology specification should be according to the practical characteristics of each project,it can avoid resource distribution waste.
