Wire cutting have been widely applied in mechanical process.The stability,reliability and accuracy of the control system and automatized degree have great influence on the process indexes and the intensity of labour.This paper present the characters of HF control software and application example in wire cutting is also introduced.HF software which is used as control system of wire cutting will make manipulation easy,improve the power of system and handle complex processing of various profiles in practice.
