摘要
本文介绍了数控外圆磨床S36润滑系统的电气原理图,详细分析了其润滑控制梯形图程序,结合系统的电气原理图和FANUC系统相应的PMC梯形图,阐述了润滑系统故障产生的根源及排除的基本思路。
This article introduced electrical principle graph of automotive-engine lubricating systems of Cnc controlled cylindrical grinding machine S36.The lubrication PLC control program for troubleshooting was analyzed in detail.With the electrical principle of the system and FANUC system corresponding PMC terraced combinated,it described the failures source and the basic ideas on lubrication system.
