摘要
本文利用Pro/E软件对模型进行了参数化设计,且用CFD方法对螺旋涡轮马达的内流场作了较详细的三维紊流数值模拟,分别讨论了马达的结构参数对马达流场的影响,并用分析结果绘出了涡轮马达的主要性能曲线,为同系列涡轮马达的性能和结构优化提供有效的依据。
This article mainly introduced how realizes the parameter design of turbo motor,detailed computation simulation for the internal flow field of under-well turbine generator by the method of CFD,and discussed the structure of the motor parameters on the flow field of motor,and used the main results of the analysis to draw the performance curve.All these provided the convincing basis for the performance prediction and the structure improvement of under-well turbine generator.
