结合某炼钢厂合金烘烤加料系统中的称重车的设计实例,介绍了称重车的设计及确定了电机功率及传动方式,并根据车间的特点,确定了烘烤装置、称重方式、传动装置及下料方式,该系统投产运行后,运行平稳,达到了预期的设计效果。
