中空钢疲劳寿命试验参数研究

The Study of the Parameter on the Hollow Steel Fatigue Life Test

如何选择合理的参数在高频疲劳试验机上对中空钢的质量进行模拟检测,对评估中空钢质量至关重要。本文通过采用应力分析及应力波形分析相结合,研究得到锥形连接钎杆成品的疲劳试验参数,结果表明,采用上述试验参数,在高频试验机上对中空钢进行疲劳试验能够很好的模拟钎杆的寿命状况。

It＇s of utter importance to the evaluation of the quality of hollow steel as to how to choose proper parameter on the high frequency fatigue testing machine to simulate the test of the quality of hollow steel.This article acquired the fatigue test parameter of the tapering connecting drilling rod through the analysis of combination of stress and stress wave.The test result shows that with the above-mentioned test parameter,it can simulate very well the life of drilling rod through the fatigue test of the hollow steel on the high frequency testing machine.
