In the perspective of cultural comparison,China has a long history of attaching importance to the society and democracy as well as state-society into one,which is called the Chinese idea of ＂state-society＂.Now we have a new tendency between state and society.As a unique inheritance,this idea has its own wisdom that can give us enlightenment and faces various challenges.This process will promote the continuous growth of ＂China experience＂ in which ＂state-society＂ is the core.In the dimension of ＂government-enterprises-society＂,social resources should be optimized as well as public service and social treatment can be innovated.
