Facing with the new changes and development in contemporary capitalism,Marx＇s production theory has encountered unprecedented challenges.For example,the consumer society has posed a challenge to the foundational function of production;the later period capitalism＇s radical change,has presented the challenge to the question territory of Marx＇s production theory;the global ecological problems has brought new reflection on the theory;and in the post-modernism trend of thought,the basic connotation and value function of Marx＇s production theory are also encountered new challenges.In such a context,how to regard the status and the function of Marx＇s production theory in the present time,has become a core of the problem in the contemporary development of Marxist philosophy.
