缩小城乡居民收入差距 扩大农村居民消费需求

Narrowing the Gap of Income between Urban and Rural Areas and Enlarging the Consumption of Rural Residents

改革开放以来,中国城乡居民收入差距不断拉大,这在很大程度上制约了居民消费需求,特别是农村居民消费需求。要想缩小中国城乡居民收入差距,扩大农村居民消费需求,应从以下三方面着手:一是千方百计增加农民收入;二是切实减轻农民负担;三是积极采取措施,开拓农村消费市场。

Since the reform and opening up in 1978,the gap of income between urban and rural areas has been becoming wider and wider,which restrains the rural consumption.To narrow this gap,we must do in three aspects.One is to increase the peasants＇ income;second is to lessen the peasants＇ burden;third is to take active measures to enlarge the rural consumption.
