本文论述了文化产业与经济区域的关系以及文化产业集群的形成条件,指出了河北省发展文化产业集群的优势和制约因素,并针对现存问题提出了加快河北省文化产业集群建设的对策与措施。

This article firstly elaborates the relation between the cultural industry and the economic region and describes the condition of cultural industry colony＇s formation.Afterward analyzes separately the superiorities and the restrictions for developing cultural industry colony of Hebei province.Finally,the article proposes some measures to speed up the construction of cultural industry colony in Hebei in view of the present problems,the development situation and the local foundation.
