摘要
目的探讨神经生长因子(NGF)对周围神经缺损伤的修复作用。方法将48只Wistar大鼠随机分为mNGF治疗组和盐水治疗组,各24只,制备坐骨神经缺损模型。行神经移植术后42d内,mNGF治疗组每日局部给予30μg/kg的mNGF,盐水治疗组给予等体积的生理盐水。检测所有大鼠趾间距和诱发电位,以观察其神经功能的恢复情况。结果 mNGF治疗组的趾间距及诱发电位在术后4周就已全部恢复正常,而盐水治疗组则到术后6周才恢复正常。结论外源性mNGF能明显改善大鼠坐骨神经缺损神经移植术后功能恢复。
Objective To explore the effects of nerve growth factor on repair of peripheral nerve injury.Methods 48 Wistar rats were prepared for models.After neurotization,mNGF and isotonic physiological saline focally were given for 42 days,and step length and evoked potential were detected to assess recovery condition.Results The step length and evoked potential were entirety recovered after 4 weeks,but in normal saline group,the rats recovered untill 6 weeks.Conclusion Ectogenic mNGF could promote sciatic nerve injury reovery after neurotization.
