白血病性阴茎异常勃起一例报告并文献复习

Diagnosis and therapy for leukemic priapism(report of 1 case and literature review)

目的探讨白血病性阴茎异常勃起的诊断及治疗。方法回顾1例白血病性阴茎异常勃起患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果阴茎异常勃起由慢性粒细胞白血病所致,经白细胞分离、化疗、冰敷等保守治疗无效,行阴茎海绵体穿刺冲洗术亦无效,行阴茎海绵体尿道海绵体分流术取得良好效果。结论白血病可导致阴茎异常勃起,保守治疗无效应及时行外科治疗,外科治疗疗效佳。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and therapy for leukemia with priapism.Methods Collected and analyzed the clinical data of 1 case with leukemic priapism,and reviewed related literature.Results Priapism had an etiologic diagnosis of chronic granulocytic leukemia.Corpus cavernosum-corpus spongiosum shunt was effective.Conclusion Leukemia can cause priapism.When the conservative treatment failed,surgical treatment should be considered in time.
