红芪多糖对实验性糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠脑组织SOD和MDA的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨红芪多糖(Hedysarum Polybotys Saccharide,HPS)对实验性糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)和丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)的影响。方法从60只大鼠中随机抽取8只作为正常对照组,剩余52只大鼠用高脂高糖饲料和注射小剂量链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型。造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、二甲双胍组、HPS低剂量组、HPS高剂量组,并分别以生理盐水,二甲双胍,HPS大、小剂量灌胃治疗4周。检测各组大鼠空腹血糖(Fast plaskma glucose,FPG),血清胰岛素(Insulin,INS),胰岛素敏感性指数(Insulin sensitivity index,ISI),血脂及脑组织SOD,MDA。结果 HPS可显著降低空腹血糖、血脂、INS及MDA含量,升高ISI及SOD活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),且高剂量作用优于低剂量,存在显著的量—效关系。结论 HPS可显著改善糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠脑组织SOD和MDA及其相关指标,HPS的影响是多方面的,但最终通过改善胰岛素抵抗达到治疗目的 。 Objective To explore the effects of Hedysarum Polybotys saccharide(HPS) on SOD and MDA in brain of experimental rats with diabetes insulin resistance.Methods 8 rats were randomly taken from 60 rats and as the normal control group,the rest rats were made the rat models of diabetes insulin resistance by giving high adipose and sugar diet and injecting low-dose streptozocin(STZ) in abdominal cavity.The rats that were made into the models successfully were randomly divided into model group,metformin group,HPS low and high dose group,and all groups were respectively given normal saline,metformin,low and high dose of HPS for 4 weeks.The fast plaskma glucose(FPG),insulin(INS),insulin sensitivity index(ISI),blood lipid,SOD and MDA in brain of all groups were determined.Results HPS could obviously decrease the content of FPG,blood lipid,INS and MDA,and increase ISI and SOD(P0.05 or P0.01),and the effect of high dose was superior to low dose,there was obvious quantity-effect relationships.Conclusion HPS can obviously improve SOD and MDA in brain of rats with diabetes insulin resistance and relevant index,the effect of HPS is various,but the treating effect of HPS is realized by improving insulin resistance.
