人力资本与全要素能源效率——基于中国省际数据的经验分析

Human Capital and Total-factor Energy Efficiency:An Empirical Analysis Based on Provincial Data in China

本文采用1995—2007年中国29个省份的投入产出数据,在考虑各省(直辖市、自治区)劳动力质量差异的基础上,分析比较了中国各省和三大区域的全要素能源效率。结果表明,中国区域全要素能源效率呈现出东部、中部和西部逐步下降的特点,并且全要素能源效率与区域人均受教育年限之间呈正向关系。

On the basis of considering the differences in labor quality,this paper uses panal data of 29 provinces（Municipalities and autonomous regions）in China from 1995 to 2007 by data envelopment analysis model,then we analyze total-factor energy efficiency in China from a regional level.The empirical analysis finds that regions in the east area have the highest total-factor energy efficiency rank over all areas in China.In contrast,regions in the west area have the worst rank of efficiency.Regions in the central area have the second best rank for total-factor energy efficiency.The result also shows that there is a positive relationship between total-factor energy efficiency and years of regional education.
