基于时间触发模式的木材干燥智能控制系统设计

摘要 针对木材干燥过程多参数、多任务的特点,开发一种基于时间触发模式的嵌入式木材干燥智能控制系统,描述该系统的硬件结构组成,以及在AVR单片机上的设计方法。该系统具有在线测量和调节木材干燥参数,保证所有任务分工协作,高效运行等功能,避免因为多个系统事件同时响应,而使某些任务延时或者忽略等问题。 Embedding sensors inside wood has been more and more widely used in the wood drying process to improve the quality of wood drying and to reduce drying energy consumption.Based on wood drying characteristics,the authors designed an embedded intelligent control system for wood drying.This paper describes the hardware and software structures of the control system and how to integrate it on a microcontroller.The main function of this system includes the capability for on-line measuring and adjusting data by efficiently coordinating and executing all tasks.
