热压桦木木粉块剖面密度分布的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为制备高性能的SiC陶瓷,以桦木木粉为原料,采用无胶热压成型工艺制备木粉块。研究木粉含水率、热压温度、合模方式及木粉块密度对剖面密度分布的影响,探讨剖面密度分布的形成机理,获得制备剖面密度均一分布木粉块的优化工艺条件。 In order to develop high performed SiC ceramic products,birch wood powder was hot-pressed into blocks,without any added binders,before they were processed into wood ceramics under high temperature.The authors studied how the vertical density profile of the blocks was influenced by the wood powder moisture content and by the block's pressing temperature,molding style,and density,and identified the optimized parameters for making blocks with a flat vertical density profile.
