摘要
采用问卷调查和现场调研的方法,对长三角和珠三角地区的27家家具企业,进行各类木工机械工伤事故的统计分析,并对事故率较高的木工铣床、锯机和刨床的事故产生原因做了分析;对不同类型家具企业的事故发生率差异,进行原因分析,提出改善安全生产条件、减少工伤事故发生的措施和建议。
The authors surveyed 27 furniture manufacturers in the Yangzi River triangle and Pearl River triangle districts for major accidents caused by unsafe furniture machine operation.The results indicated that most accidents happened when operator handling milling,sawing and planning machines.The accident rates were different among the manufacturers.This article analyzed the causes of the accidents and provided suggestions for furniture manufacturing companies to maintain safe operating conditions.
