摘要 超高水材料是一种新型的采空区充填材料,以该材料为基础的采空区开放式充填技术具有充填工艺简单,初期投资低,机械化程度高,充填与开采互不影响等显著优点。结合超高水材料充填工艺的特点,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,模拟不同开采方式下采空区上覆岩层的移动情况,分析了超高水材料控制顶板下沉,抑制地表沉陷的机理。陶一煤矿充填试验面应用实践证明,该种充填方式的正确可行性。为类似条件下,充填开采提供了技术参考。 Super-high-water-content material is a new stowing material for mined gob.Using the material,open stowing technology was characterized by simple technique,low first investment,high mechanized degree and independent stowing and mining.Based on the characteristic of stowing with super-high-water-content material,movement rules of overlying strata by different mining methods were simulated by FLAC3D.Mechanism of controlling roof and surface subsidence with super-high-water-content material was analyzed.Application of the material in Taozhuang Colliery proved its feasibility and provided reference for stowing mining.
