摘要
针对航母战斗群编队的复杂性、集约性和协同性特点及其保障问题,采用层次结构分析方法探讨了航母战斗群海洋环境保障体系的基本构架,提出了海洋环境保障体系应包括完整的环境影响效能指标体系、由下自上的多级评估体系、风险分析体系以及在此基础上的辅助决策体系。提出了上述保障体系相应的建设内容及其技术途径。以美军航母战斗群为例,进行了航母战斗群编队反潜效能的海洋环境影响三级评估体系的实验建模。研究结果可为舰艇编队的气象水文保障提供参考。
Given the complexity,integration and cooperation of aircraft carrier formation,the basic oceanic environmental supporting system structure of aircraft carrier formation was investigated and discussed with hierarchy analytical method,and some characteristic indexes such as efficiency index,multi-grade evaluation index,risk assessment index and corresponding assistant decisionmaking techniques introduced in the oceanic environment supporting system.The suggestion of the research content and the corresponding technique of the aircraft carrier formation supporting system were presented.Finally,taking U.S.-Navy aircraft carrier formation as an example,a three-grade evaluation experimental model of aircraft carrier formation anti-submarine efficiency was established. The study result provides a technical reference for the supporting formation of naval vessels.
