温州市苯作业人员血常规结果分析

Blood routine analysis of benzene-exposed workers in Wenzhou city

目的了解温州市苯作业人员的健康状况,加强对其健康管理,为进一步改善防护提供科学依据。方法对温州市2 480名苯作业人员进行职业健康检查,检测白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数和血小板计数。结果苯作业人员中,白细胞计数异常率女性(10.89%)高于男性(4.48%);中性粒细胞计数异常率女性(7.78%)高于男性(4.98%),印刷行业异常率高于电子电器、鞋革及家具行业,化工行业异常率高于电子电器行业;血小板计数异常率为1.61‰;按苯中毒分类血常规异常率女性(12.89%)高于男性(7.14%),高危作业高于一般作业。讨论温州市苯作业人员的健康状况已受到一定的影响,应加强对印刷和化工行业的苯作业人员的健康管理,改善工作条件,加强防护,尤其是女性。

Objective To observe the health status of benzene-exposedworkers inWenzhou city and reinforce health management,and provide scientific evidence for improving protection.Methods c2480 benzene-exposed workers inWenzhou city were included in the reaearch,who got the occupational health check.Tests ofwhite blood cell count, neutrophil count and platelet count were carried out.Results aAmong benzene-exposed workers,abnormal rate of white blood cell count of female（10.89%）was more than that of male（4.48%）;abnormal rate of neutrophil count of female（7.78%）was more than that of male（4.98%）;abnormal rate of printing industry was more than that of electronic appliance,shoe and leather and furniture industries.Abnormal rate of chemical industry was more than that of electronic appliance industry.Abnormal rate of platelet count was 1.61‰.According to benzene poisoning classification, abnormal rate of blood routine of female（12.89%）was more than that of male（7.14%）,and that of high-risk work was more than that of common work.Conclusions Health status of benzene-exposed workers inWenzhou city has been influenced.It is advisable to reinforce healthmanagement of benzene-exposed workers in printing industry and chemical industry and to improve working conditions and strengthen protection,especially to female.
