摘要
为提高医学生在寄生虫学学习阶段的批判性思维能力,以CTDI-CV量表为标准,对本校60名学生随机分成两组进行批判性思维能力培养的对照研究。结果显示实验组学生的批判性思维能力有所提高,两组存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。当前医学教育应改进教学方法与评估体系,建立和完善医学生批判性思维能力的培养模式。
In order to help medical students to improve the critical thinking abilities in learning parasitology,60 medical students were randomly divided into two groups: the critical thinking training group and control group,In our study,we chose the critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV) to assess and analyze students performance during parasitology course.The critical thinking abilities of students in the training group were significantly improved compared to that of students in the control group(P0.05).Study indicates the importance to reform the current teaching methods and assessment system which are essential to establish the ability of critical thinking for medical students during their training in medical school.
