摘要
《易经》是儒家群经之首,也是研究我国传统法律文化的重要典籍。《易经》包含有丰富的法哲学思想,主要是刑事法哲学,具体表现为卜刑、行刑等级、刑事责任能力、严惩翻供的刑罚、刑事政策、排除社会危害性、刑事政策及狱讼等。
As a head of all the Confucianism books, Book of Changes is a major reference for studying Chinese traditional laws. It covers various legal culture and thoughts say criminal law including punishment, different execution, capacity of criminal, retracting confession of penal, criminal policy, justifiable act and criminal action and so on.
