摘要
不管社会如何发展,贞操权仍然是夫妻关系的核心,是社会稳定与和谐的基础。从贞操权的历史沿革看,其在新时代具有不同的意义,贞操权与性自主权及其配偶权的关系说明,贞操权作为一种独立的人格权有其存在的必要性。
No matter how the progress of human society has achieved,virginity right remains the core role in conjugal relationship,and is also the fundamental for social stability and harmony.From the history perspective,virginity right has different meanings in the new times.The relationship between virginity right and sexual autonomy right,together with spousal right,indicates that virginity right,as an independent personality,has its own necessity for existence
