水利水电工程设计中关于环境保护的几点思考

从服务非环境保护专业设计人员角度出发,论述了水利水电工程设计中环境保护的必要性及效益,分析了水利水电工程设计中的环境保护新趋势,最后倡导设计单位应从环境保护角度提高水利水电工程设计水平,并提出了工作方向。

For the designers without specialized knowledge about environmental protection,the author demonstrated the necessity and benefits of taking into account environmental protection issues during design of water and hydropower project;analyzed the new trend of environmental protection design;suggested the designers of water and hydropower project to improve their design level from the perspective of environmental protection;and pointed out the direction of work.
